Hal's Grand Theft Auto: Online Player Model

Description
Hal's GTA Online character ported as a player model.

This model is highly customizable, and since I don't know how to do bodygroups on arms, there are 8 separate player models you choose from. The player itself is the same, but the arms are different on each one. Hover over the icon to see the name so you know which arms are which!
