Olive Estate Remake

This is a remake version of an old map found on gamebanana. I saw the potential for this map and therefore I decided to remake it so it will be played again on current ZS servers or just casually on sandbox.
If you see errors, get CSS

• A much better 3d skybox and texture,
  
• Fixed and improved a lot of brushwork,
  
• Better lighting,
  
• Improved outside details as well as inside,
  
• Fixed optimization while also improving it,
  
• General fixes and minor changes like adding AI nodes, HDR, Cubemaps (reflections), window frames can be broken (except the top window at the entrance and the other one in the laundry room) and other stuff that you will find out while playing.
  
• ZS ONLY : Zombie spawn was moved from the roof to the gates. Teleporter got removed as well.
