North American P51D Mustang V4.0

Developed as a long-range, single-seat fighter and fighter-bomber during WW2, The P51 was a very versatile plane. The most popular version was the P51D with the bubble canopy and the Packard engine, a license-build of the Rolls Royce Merlin, that allowed it to compete with the Luftwaffe’s fighters. High top speed, long range and the very good dogfight qualities let many people rightly say that it was one of the best planes of WW2.

A little bit of complexity remained so it was possible for me to add a droppable bomb :-)

Features: -Realistic engine start -Automatic retractable gear -Six timed guns + two hidden miniguns (auto aiming deactivated but you can switch it on) -Droppable bomb

Steering air:
WSAD = Elevator/roll
Space = Toggle engines (wait for realistic engine start!)
RMouse = Hold for engine boost

Steering ground:
A D = Left/Right + slow forward (No need to start engines before!)
A+D = Press both together to drive forward only

Other keybinds:
LMouse = Cannons
1 = Drop bomb
9 = Self destruction (blow up bomb)
. = No function, only place holder

Als einsitziges Jagdflugzeug bzw. Jagdbomber mit hoher Reichweite entwickelt, war die P51 ein sehr vielseitiges Flugzeug. Die bekannteste Version war die P51D mit der Vollsicht-Blasen-Haube und dem Packard Motor, eine Lizenzfertigung des Rolls Royce Merlin. Er ermöglichte es, dass es die Mustang mit den Flugzeugen der Luftwaffe jederzeit aufnehmen konnte. Hohe Spitzengeschwindigkeit, große Reichweite und die sehr guten Luftkampf Qualitäten lassen viele Leute zu Recht sagen, dass sie eines der besten Jagdflugzeuge des WK2 gewesen ist.

Ein bisschen Komplexität war übrig, so dass ich eine abwerfbare Bombe dranbauen konnte :-)

Features: -realistischer Motorstart -Automatisches Einziehfahrwerk -Sechs kleine Kanonen + zwei Miniguns (automatisches Zielen deaktiviert, kann aber eingeschaltet werden) -Abwerfbare Bombe

Steuerung Flug:
WSAD = Höhenruder/Rollen
Space = Motoren einschalten (Den realistischen Start abwarten!)
RMouse = Halten für Motor-Boost

Steuerung Boden:
A D = Links/Rechts + langsam vorwärts (Motoren vorher nicht starten!)
A+D = Beide zusammen drücken um nur vorwärts zu fahren

Andere Tasten:
LMouse = Kanonen
1 = Bombe abwerfen
9 = Selbstzerstörung (Bombe zünden)
. = Keine Funktion, nur Platzhalter
