Hank Hill

In 1941 Hitler launched Operation Barbarossa a massive land invasion of the Soviet Union that moved at lightning speed. At the head of this front was the notorious Gelp Brigade of the German Sixth Army. This elite unit was made up entirely of Minions, and was commanded by Field Marshal Hank Hill. When the German Sixth Army reached Stalingrad in the summer of 1942, desperate street fighting broke between the Germans and the Soviet defenders. The minions suffered horrific casualties, and were easily picked off by Soviet sharpshooters like Farcier Zaitsev and Robert Gru. As the Russian winter approached, the momentum of the German Army began to fail, and the Soviets began amassing troops on the Volga River for a counter offensive. Hours before the Red Army launched their infamous encirclement of Stalingrad, Field Marshal Hank Hill transmitted the following radio broadcast to German High Command in an attempt to avert catastrophe:

"This is Hank Hill to command, I think General Zukhov is about to encircle our entire army. Please send reinforcements and some propane."

But Field Marshal Hank Hill's pleas fell on deaf ears. Late on the evening of the 21st of November 1942, the Minions withdrew from Stalingrad, only narrowly escaping encirclement.

This mod replaces Fredrich Paulus with Hank Hill, and adds a Minion division icon.
