ChristmasVillage

Description
The river has frozen north-east of LV and some kind of landmass has become visible over the water.... something strange is happening there.... Quickly, before the ice melts, make your way across. This map was created for the Aussie Survival Server's Christmas event. It will be updated over time with additions that missed the deadline.

Is Christmas coming up on your server? why not treat your players to a fun challenge map! *cough* "totally not a murderous hell scape" *cough*

No sledgehammer needed! dont even bring it. No need to jump fences, climb through windows or over railings to access buildings. The map is intended to be traversed as a linear path.

Admins should trigger a blizzard or at least snow so the snow textures included dont look out of place.
occupied cells: (47,2) (47, 3)

@Pertominus Thats odd, usually modded maps don't work if you put the mod infront of Muldraugh KY.. server providers like PingPerfect both say the proper load order should be like this:

Map=FortRedstone;Muldraugh, KY
"Note*: The Map= line ends with Muldraugh, KY, which must always be at the end of the Map= section" - by Indifferent broccoli

But it seems your particular map does the opposite.
Pertominus  [author] 28 Feb @ 7:02pm
@BullFrog ~ all maps need to be listed above Muldraugh KY on the maps= line of your server .ini

this is so they can overwrite the base game map cells.

you cannot remove any map mods, the game will not load if that data isnt present however if Christmas village isnt appearing in game then leaving the mod on wont contribute any issues.

i dont know dude, when i set up servers i test all the map locations first. if its wrong, i hard wipe, fix and start over. if you added this midsave, and you dont want to loose progress then the reason it may not appear could be because you already generated the cell it belongs too. in that case there are ways to delete map chunks. i wont post links because i wouldnt expect anyone to follow rando sus links but if you google 'pz map chunk cleaner' you should find some stuff on github.

Three questions:

any reason why this one mod needs to be infront of muldraugh ky in the map load order compared to any others?

is this mod safe to remove?

is this mod fixable once its loaded in the improper order if I put it in the correct order??
