Based on the M88's crane.
This might work well if anyone intends to use it as a breakdown vehicle. Instead of the massive Artillery Cannon, there is now a humble Machine Gun, so you're not entirely harmless.

Because of the way the ropes spawn, bring the arm down and then back again to set them properly for best results.
I'm not sure how long the tank can be out for before refuelling/recharging. This can be fixed in an update if it is too short a run-time.
