LC Advanced Modular Engine ECU v0.2.8

Description
The same ECU as is in the engine pack https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2802915346 uploaded seperately for those that do not need an engine.

New in V0.2:
-Less throttle delay (5ticks>2ticks)
-Better smooth RPS limiter and adjustment (default configured for semi-hard cut)
-Fixed some AFR related issues, will improve the performance of the AFR adjustment
-Changed order of settings to make more sense

New in V0.2.1:
-Fixed issues with idle logic
-Should now work with infinite fuel

New in V0.2.2:
-Gear node changed to composite
-Some more settings added for gears
-Added throttle and clutch cut options for shifting gear

New in V0.2.3:
-Improved clutch function to work better with lower engine RPS limits

New in V0.2.4:
-Improved customizability of RPS limiter sensitivity and Idle senstivity sliders

New in V0.2.5
-Fix for V1.10.5

New in V0.2.6
-Fix for V1.10.6 (revert fix for v1.10.5)

New in V0.2.7
-Clutch now scales better with idle RPS and RPS limiter

New in V0.2.8
-Added property slider for adjusting starting RPS between 2-2.5 RPS to start bigger engines

Known issues:
-No overheat protection (will likely not be added)

If making gear controller for this ECU you will need to consider that the following composite inputs are required:
-number[1]: Selector position (automatic only)
-number[2]: Current gear (required on manual, on automatic throttle/clutch cut function will not work without this)

Alternatively you can grab one of these gear controllers which are guaranteed to work with this ECU out of the box:

Keep in mind this controller will get updated over time, and in it's current state does not represent the final product.

throttle reduction start/end is for setting smooth rev limiter, it's not quite working as intended when engine is not under load, so no need to worry much about that, "torque converter behavior" toggle simply means it will always apply the clutch without any throttle applied, not having this on means the clutch will only be applied if throttle is applied.

There are lots of features in the ECU that I dont quite understand, like what does the Performance Multiplier do? What does "Torque Converter Behavior" do? What is Throttle Production End?

Hey, thanks for commenting, i'm not sure why this is happening, could you provide any vehicle with the ECU installed that has this issue so i could take a look what's causing it? Would prefer contact on discord (Lazy Cat#7699) but sending a workshop link here will do fine too, however it might take a bit longer.

I have a lot of problems with this ECU on supercharged engines with too much air flow either killing the power or the engine continually over-revving. I've managed to make it work most of the time but even when I do, the engines are vastly underpowered compared to those driven by other ECU's. Do you have any idea why this might be happening?

I'm using it for an engine in a plane Im making, and It doesnt seem to start it, everything is hooked up, and if i dont use the ecu, and say just use a key to start the engine it starts, but with the ecu, nothin.
