Description
Pretty simple, really. I dislike the anti-skaven undercity building, since it uses building bloat as a counter to a game mechanic. Making that building also cancel rifts seemed like another lazy way to try to justify its existence by, again, being a counter to a poorly integrated mechanic.

By opposition, commandments are quick to swap and can well represent a command to hunt down manifestations of the warp to prevent them from getting out of hands and requiring a hero or army to fix it. It is less intrusive in your province management and, to me, a more satisfying way to control how the rifts impact my campaign.

Use it if you like it!

I picked a commandment for every faction to apply this effect to. Feel free to comment on your thoughts regarding the choice of commandment. I quickly went by the name and effects to chose one that seemed appropriate but I am open to discussion.

It'll happen at some point, probably ahead of Immortal Empires. For the moment, skaven are such a minor threat it doesn't seem needed. I've got other ideas I want to work on.

No pressure if not! We still don't have full mod tools yet. It took me a while to get my agent mod out, I know how it is.

@Commiss4r Not a bad idea! Usually there's one commandment that is superior (most likely the economic one) so shifting the other important bonuses from that building to different ones could work

if you want to, you could have another commandment add the anti-skaven effect? I also hate that mechanic, and this mod is a brilliant idea

Yup, I picked the commandment that seemed most fitting to add the effect to, so there is one per faction, including WH1 and WH2 factions for when Immortal Empires get released.
I'll add a mention in the description since I just had the one example.
