This env mod appears next to the oil rig work bench.
16098 : The multi play island and the air strip base are near to the oil rig work bench.
20488 : The multi play island is near to the oil rig work bench.
Please tell me if you find or know Seed that has the oil rig works bench near the multi play base. Thank you!

Your aircraft needs a small connector to hook the arresting bar.
You have to be able to control signal of it from your aircraft.
You should install laser beacon(s) to receive guidance of landing by the Optical Landing System.
It should be close to the small connector as possible or the error will be bigger and confuse you.

Arresting bars are automatically get back to their default position when you released the small connector.
If arresting bars failed to reset, push "manual wind" buttons.

It is controlled by laser point sensors as usual but you can manually control it from the seat.
Means of color (visual effective mode as default)

Or you can launch by radio. Set the same frequency between radio and the keypad.

"Is transmit" output of speakers don't work well in multiplay.
So LSO wave-off radio system doesn't work in multiplay (means nonsense function lol).
But launching is ok because it just require pulse signal.
