自定义巨像武器/Customize Planet Killer

这是个简单的mod，添加了一个允许用户自定义的巨像武器————你可以简单的复制其他原版巨像武器的效果，或是进行更详细的设定......比如消灭一定比例的人口或是将星球精准的改造为别的种类。
由于我不太清楚这类mod的受众如何，所以目前先制作一个较为简易的版本，如果反响还行我就会追加新的自定义功能......如果各位喜欢的话。

自定义巨像的设置菜单可以利用法令打开，在其中你可以对这个武器的功能进行一个详细的设定。

未来更新计划：

• 为了保证平衡添加的COST系统（消耗COST以添加新功能）
  
• 更好的UI（让菜单更好用）
  
• 不同充能速度的巨像武器
  
• 新的巨像特效
  
• 对其他mod巨像武器的兼容
  
• 增添新的可设置项目，例如掠夺人口和增加修正......
  
• 换个能看的封面

This is a simple mod adding a Planet Killer that allows users to customize - you can simply copy the effects of other vanilla colossus weapons, or make more detailed settings. For example, eliminate a certain proportion of the pops or accurately transform the planet into other planet classes.
Because I don't know the audience of this kind of mod, I'll make a simple version first. If the response is good, I will update new customization functions...

The setting menu can be opened by EDICTS, in which you can set the function of this weapon in detail.

Future update plan:

• COST system added to ensure game balance (COST is consumed to add new functions)

• Planet Killers with different charging speeds
  
• Some cool special effects
  
• Compatibility with other mods, so you'll be able to copy weapons in mods.
