Description
Queen Anne Duplex 01

This Queen Anne Style duplex was inspired by 33 Brook St in Hartford, Connecticut. It is sort of a hybrid with Queen Anne elements and the shingle style popular in the northeast and coastal towns. I elevated the original home to a less run down state and added an embellishment at the triangular peak that the original might have had before decades of disinvestment.

With the color maps the siding on these assets each have four variations and are paintable with the painter mod.

Final Notes

I did detail the front yards with bushes and a walkway. See the 'Required Items' for links to the bushes and pavement I used.

I've plotted this on a 1x3 tile because 2x3 would have been too much space around the house. While 1x3 is a little tight you have options with MoveIt.

Thanks. In some ways I am still using the same textures I have always used. Like the clapboard siding that was on my very first asset is on this asset. But I have learned in the last 6 months how to better counteract the games propensity to make white too white and other colors oversaturated. All my whites on my diffuses are now #969696 or darker.
