- When you skip Treasure Rooms and/or Shops, golden chests are gauranteed to spawn on the next floor

A "genocide" item which has the opposite effect... so you get rewards for clearing rooms? Like how the game already works?

I'd love to see Genocide item. But only if you also make a Sans item.

Now imagine making "genocide" item for devil deal. That has the reverse effect. This would actually be better for long runs.

A good item for speed running on boss rush or hush, i won't clear all the rooms anyway. But in other cases i just want to know what in the rest of the floor. So you made a good justification, tier 2 it is.
