Vermora can be found in the Moorside inn in Morthal

Vermora Ilthane is thee only or one of the only followers who has the ablitiy to cast master level destruction, illuison and conjuration spells. As well as some unqie spells as well.

In the deadric tounge Prothvic means : Chains of the Unwilling

Vermoara is the prothvic of boethiah and a pure embodiment of pride and power. Being born an orphan in the slums Mourhold, one of the great cities of Morrowind she was later taken in by the cult of boethiah and taught as a preistess all her life, Vermora was also somewhat natural skilled in the ways of magic, as she later found out she has some realtion to the great dunmer mage house telvaini. So after many years in service as a preist boethiah fianlly called to her , she became boethiah's champion and in a matter of months she raised to the station of high presitess of boethiah. Later Vermora almsot became immortal in her power and was finally told to obliarate her brothers and sisters of the cult as a final test. This leed to Vermora openly accepting the gift as the prothvic of pride.
Later in her life Vermora was said to have laid a seign upon morrowind, of which there are not many record about. As it occured within the 2nd era, this makes Vermora atleast 800 years of age , but there is no known information of her death or ,atleast anything on the war she brought down, at the very most the title The Scar Witch of Mournhold was forever told as a ghost among dark elf children about a witch who raised the dead and came and stole children in the night from there beds with her glowing red eyes said to be boethiah herself looking into your very soul.

But now Vermora has awoken after countless decades and sees that boethiah has foresaken her, breaking her chains she now plans to get revenge at any means nessacary.

As well as this you will find she has a circelet of Pride on her, i dont know why but it wont show up in my game if anyone has a fix or knowns why , please feel free to comment.
