Act 6 is a slog. Like a huge slog. 6 different 6 person encounters takes forever, and if you lose (which can happen, very easily) it just adds another on top of it. I think a solid 30-40% of that playthrough was dedicated to just act 6. If I could make a recommendation, trim it down from the Elite 6 to the Elite 3, and have the teams go:
4 act 3 pokemon/2 act 6 pokemon
2 act 3 pokemon/4 act 6 pokemon
6 act 6 pokemon.
The difficulty was fine in the final act, if a little spiky, but the real problem was how long it took just to do the battles.
I also suggest getting rid of specifically the one Shuckle who replaces a pokemon with a shuckle forever. That just felt anti-fun.
The rest of the campaign was super fun though! We really enjoyed the final fight! Keep up the good work!
