Shrimp Mk1 O.R.A.N.G.E Millitary Industries (1937)

Description
The Story

During 1937 with many designs and papers floating around in the O.R.A.N.G.E headquarters to help with the expansion of the industry and newly formed private millitary corp some head engineers pointed out that O.R.A.N.G.E headquarters were located in a big cargo port in Sebastopol and they lacked any naval power that could defend the Black Sea.

Some designs were asked, O.R.A.N.G.E knew the millitary corps wasn't going to have a great amount of people joining in some time, so the order was for low crew boats and ships that could pack a punch but didn't require the extreme manpower of the bigger dreadnoughts and destroyers, with the orders given many designs rolled in, torpedo boats, subchasers and even weirder ideas like the so-called light dreadnoughts and light destroyer.

O.R.A.N.G.E engineers were worried about some of the designs, putting in doubt the machinery in the industry to build some of the designs, the heads of the new "Orange reef" program decided to start with some of the smaller prototypes, giving greenlight to the design that would get the name of Shrimp Mk1, a torpedo boat with prototype stage guns that were being tested on planes and even a bowl turret the engineers were trying to make light enough to mount on planes. The first models rolled in in late 1937.

The design was promising and some navys like the Polish and Spanish contacted O.R.A.N.G.E to make some testing, there was an order of six models of this boat for the spanish navy in the end, though Poland was unable to get them thanks to laws imposed to O.R.A.N.G.E in 1938 from Joseph Stalin, The Orange navy got 60 of this boats built, they saw fight in the Black Sea against the advancing germans during the Barbarossa and the defence of Sebastopol.

Hi there!

Hello, it´s Rennid, Bringing my first boat and first build since the water update, this boat is pretty useful at taking on bigger fish, with a skilled driver and good aim you can land devastating hits on enemy vessels with the torpedoes, I hope you like using this little crustacean to fight against other boats.

With nothing else to say, see ya arround!

cool boat, but would it be possible for you to build the yb-35 or yb-49, their some pretty cool flying wing designs and would be amazing to see in brick rigs!
