Gives Webber the ability to sometimes spawn spiders when eating monster meat (any food tagged "monstermeat" will work).

Monster lasagna has a higher spawn chance (75% chance by default) and will spawn multiple spiders. This encourages cooking rather than eating raw monster meat.

If Webber successfully spawns spiders when eating, he will lose 10% (configurable) of his max food as a spawning sacrifice.

Spawn chances, food drain etc is confiugurable (see screenshot).
