To put it simple, this is the Default Multiplayer scenario tweaked to include a stripped down, crash course tutorial for understanding the basics of surviving and building before releasing the player(s) into the galaxy on their own.

The purpose of this specific scenario is to force the player to do a lot of exploring of their starting world, Tech Tree, and experimenting with new tech as it is unlocked, rather than explaining everything directly. Extra starting resources are given from completing the crash course, assisting with starting a very basic base.

In addition to the crash course, the Solo Missions for factions have been modified to be easier to complete from the starting planet. In future updates, there will be quest-lines (PDA only) that will allow the player to align to any faction and receive rewards in the form of items and credits. For now, it is very stripped down.
