Fleet Cargo Overview 2.0

Description
Adds a tab to player window which show all ship cargos.

Original Mod by BlaBla, i just fixed it up to make it more compatible with 2.0, and set it to work without needing a specific subsystem. The option is still there to make it use whichever subsystem you specify in the Config file.
- Removed the added Cargo Bar since the base game has one now
- Changed default behavior to not need a subsystem to show up in the list

Mod works great (even when running the Xavorion overhaul mod).
Thanks for this! It's super handy for knowing what station goods to scoop up.
