All vanilla assets! Located next to Hawkins High School, the Hawkins Middle makes up the 2nd education level of the Roane County School District.

@y00t_d00d - yes, the real life location has an adjacent section... however - the duffer brothers decided to use the other section as Hawkins High School. See my other files - I have that one there too.
