Description
Title says it all. Completely removes initial supply and supply gain over time. No more pop-up barricades and towers.

yes, please fix.. no longer works after .4 hotfix... I had forgotten how much i hate popup towers... please please please fix..

This mod no longer seems to work after latest update, uninstalled all other mods so its not a conflict issue, love this mod, would be very grateful for a fix <3
