Better Faction Traits (ToD updated)

Description
This is a mod to buff all of the quite terrible WH3-faction base traits (and now IE ones too). I'm sure everyone's seen Khorne's +4% weapon strength next to the generic trait that also gives melee attack, and wondered why he grants his followers such awful gifts when the empire captain learned better from his time on the street. The buffs are mostly with the trait descriptions and thematics kept in mind, and there's now a fair few custom traits thrown in for some variety on those who lacked it. If any of these effects are not working, or are insanely good/still bad ingame, let me know as I'm open to tweaking- I'm not an expert modder or anything.

PLEASE READ:
Before downloading, please understand that this mod is NOT made to only bring the new traits to the current generic standard, they're often more powerful (aside from the top tier ones like Disciplined). I'm of the opinion that the faction-special traits should be more standout, and that traits in general should considerably change how you focus the army or lord. They're not to the 'cheat' extent, and of course they apply to the AI as well, but do be aware.

-Will this work fine if installed/uninstalled midgame?
Can be installed/uninstalled without issue, the values will update. For factions with custom-traited characters, they may be left blank if uninstalled midgame, however.

-Will this work with other mods/overhauls?
As long as they're not touching the same spots in 'character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions_tables' section (traits section), should be fine. I'm also running like 80 mods already without conflicts on this one. Reported possible incompatibility with SFO without mod order shuffling. Seems to work in multiplayer.

-Less extreme version?

To-Do:
Currently looking into ways to remove the 'ugly 0s' values on traits without harming compatibility or in-progress saves. By modder advice though, it can't be done without a roundabout method, so it may be left as-is.

The details on all trait changes have been moved to the discussion tab to save some space, but the end result is listed in pics.

Which faction's trait is that? I can check if CA's adjustments might have messed up something, but I don't recall the trait offhand.

Did something change on this mod recently? Burning body used to do an increasing mortis effect up to 25-50, but that seems to have been removed?

Hello, the new patch broke some of the chaos dwarf traits, I loved this mod so whenever you can, if you can look into those traits and update the mod to work for 5.1, thank you!

I wonder if I can mix this up with the "Basic Traits Rebalanced"? You changed only the "racial" traits, right? The other mod covers the generic traits. I will give it a shot
