Description
This mod aims to make battles more "intense and immersive"
Vanilla battles tend to be slow and every unit is just staring at each other forever. The mod changes the value of attack intervals for every unit in the game.

- ASBAS is back for TWW3, artillery and arrow volleys have never felt so devastating!

What does the mod specifically do?
Almost every unit in the game has had their attack interval changed.
The base value of attack intervals for every units was ranging from around 3.0 ~ 15
Now the attack intervals have been changed to 0. Ranged unit attack interval has been decreased too, 1.0 ~ 10 depending on unit. The only downtime is when a unit is acquiring a new target and moving to another target.

Units have had their attack interval and stats changed, such as:
Damage
Reload Speed
Attack Interval

Small units, damage and speed increased by 25%-50%
Medium units, damage and speed increased by 25%-50%
Large units, damage increased by 50%-100%
Artillery units, damage increased by 100%-200%
Special monsters and beasts, damage increased by 100%-500%
Heroes and Lords, damage increased by 100%-200%

Wanted to test some other mods, so this mode definitely makes battles harder because usually AI will have bigger armies than player and when everyone is attacking faster they will just do more damage, you still win the battle you should have, but not without casualties. Generally I like this, it's more realistic.

One thing that that I hope can be fixed is that Lords get absolutely slaughtered, even the strong one's. You send level 20 lord/hero fight a level 2 unit, look away for 30s to micro battle, dude is dead. Essentially makes small melee lords or heroes useless outside of passive bonuses unless you do heavy macro.

Still good mod tho, very different feel to the game.

I am not 100% sure it's the mod, but 2 menace below spawns were able to destroy a gate in siege battle. Funny enough they did A LOT of damage in first seconds of combat, then it decreased to more reasonable tempo but still.

Ranged weapons and artillery has reduced reload times, yes.

Hello @Merve, will you update this? I was interested in trying. I also wanted to ask if you reduced the reloading time of ranged weapons, a part from raising the damage stats.

It only works with vanilla units unless a patch is made for the custom units. That's a lot of work.

this is even after I place this attack speed boost mod on top of other unit mods :D
