Should be but it won't retain anything past the maximum winds if you turn it off after getting more than the max.

magical_charge_capacity:Mana usage needed to unlock a cataclysm
thus, although not many of us play RoC, i guess this one should not be so high as 1000

The easiest way I know if the mod is working for me is to see how much of the bar the default value is (20) . It should barely be visible to indicate it's a much smaller percentage of the bar than before. I'll take a pic next time I can.

@legionarius this mod change max cap from 100 winds to 1000, so at start you have pool of 50 winds, and it may (or may not) rise up to 1000
