Your mod isn't right. It also removes upkeep for AI.

This is the only mod I use. My game crashes randomly with this mod. I have verified my game files, reinstalled everything repeatedly. Game still crashes.

The one guy that keeps coming back to ask for an update needs to chill, it seems to work perfectly as of 4.1.1 even with modded units, personally I use it for the Grudgebringers mod, which is hella fun but I can´t seem to learn how to increase revenue and always find myself drowning in debt with just half an army due to the upkeep costs.
