Towering over downtown Vancouver, this 15 storey Edwardian skyscraper was built in 1914 and was originally named the Weart Building in honour of his promoter. Designed by the Tacoma firm Russell and Babcock in a neo-gothic style, it was at the time of its inauguration the tallest single-slab office block in the city. It features a steel frame and concrete construction, and is finished with unreinforced masonry, and cladding comprised of granite, buff brick, and faience or glazed terra cotta.

This asset was commissioned by nicocn383 for his fictional city of Strathcona based on a mix of Seattle, WA and Vancouver, B.C. Essentially a rainy and green North American city on the Pacific coast.

Included with this asset is RICO compatibility which allows the building to function as a large office. If you subscribe to the Ploppable Rico Revisited mod this asset will appear in the RICO 'Offices' tab.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
