Step 1:
Go to \(your game location)XCOM-Chimera-Squad\Binaries\Win64
Step 2:
Locate xcom.exe and create shortcut to place of your desire (ex: start menu)
Step 3: (PROFIT!)
Just use shortcut from now on.
Optional Step 4: (AKA get rid of developer\debog stuff | forked form Ducain's guide)
Edit "target" properties of the shortcut by adding -review -nostartupmovies -noredscreens in the end.
Optional Step 5: (for pure satisfaction only)
Nuke "2k Launcher" folder.
