here is a new building edit,

Its a building orginal from JP (japan) modern building collection.

I have changed a lot and added much stuff as if you know my mods by now
then you know my work.

first the stats,
I changed the radius to 1500 so you have more space for housing.
changed capacity to 495
changed electric to 0
water and sewage to 5

then i added lights around the building. changed to ground to asfalt and natrual play ground behind the school,
i added parking spaces for all typs added a sign in front of the school., i added 3 light poles one electic box provider, i added a brick fence, 2 slides and play houses, sandbox to play in. 3 tables so the childeren can sit outdoor with 3 bins to dump their garbage in.
on the roof i placed a electric box for the school, and an air filter unit with AC unit.

when the original creator will release a high school version i hope soon then i will add also this asset. so make sure to check out my pages or follow me so your always up to date when i release new mods.
