Modular Extendable Mechanism v3.0 (outdated)

Description
Multipurpose: elevator mechanism, arm mechanism, drill platforms, salvaging ships...
It is modular. Several sections can be stacked.
I've made it compact and robust. The first and the second rotor of every arm is programed to pull the mechanism together. That is why it can be extensible without using landing gears to guide it.
It is an evolution of my extendable arm prototype.

UPDATE 1.1
Elevator - quick example added

How to use:
MG 01 reverse button to operate

How to connect two sections properly:
You may have to see the video to have a better information :D
LIft it up to extended position. Copy the existing section, once pasted you have to choose the option "convert to ship" then cut it and paste it again to allow an accurate release and because it has to be a ship to allow mechanism to work properly as an extendable arm. Once connected, you must delete the power generators of the new section because otherwise it will slow down the previous section. Also you will have to create a new group selecting all names starting with "MG" on Control Panel, then push reverse button.
Edit: I forgot to tell you what to do on the last secction. You have to have a free space block of clearance above the rotors on the last section, see the four red blocks at the screenshot. Then you can place whatever you like above the red blocks. The same way as I did on the elevator example.

How to change the arms speed:
If you are planning to test the mechanism speed limits be sure not to change values using the Control Panel Group. Base Rotors and 1rst Arm Rotors are set differently. If Base Rotors are working at Negative -0.30rpm then 1rst Arm Rotors must work at Positive +0.60rpm. The "1rst Arm" speed is always two times the "Base Rotor" speed. Its degrees are different too (see the Quick Rotor Guide screenshot). Once you have set the speed you want then you can operate the mechanism using the Control Panel Group ("MG 01" in my video) Reverse button. If speed is too hi maybe the use of gyros could be the solution, I have not tested it yet in this mechanism but in my previous elevator was a good solution. Also placing landing gears with autolock can be helpful to have a slowly stop. None of this is necessary if speed is not changed

How to change rotor upper and lower limits:
See Quick Rotor Guide screenshot

Of course! You can use this mechanism if you like. Even in your workshop creations.
Thanks Devs for this copy-paste rotor friendly update!
Thanks everyone!

@Sonny Corleone I've found out a way to copy
Try out using Control+X instead of Control+C.

@Sonny Corleone Yeah thanks, i did it, but there is another bug i think. Base rotors break when merging

@Pep convert it to a ship and it works wonders. just found that out

@Sonny Corleone it is a bug since the last update for all copy/paste with rotors
