The map is pretty good, though respawning enemy aircraft (on full, low intensity) and the suicidal friendly carrier group (on "shazmode") are not. Playing through either mission where enemy fighters and bombers/jumpjets alike respawn every 5 minutes or where the carrier group will recklessly assault through a massive barrage of rocket artillery makes me feel like I forgot to take my blood pressure meds.

I had a hilarious happening while flying with an EWO where we were gonna laser guided bomb a tank or something and suddenly we had what felt like a 300 knot wind sheer, could hear the wind sound effects change and everything. Got tossed around for 20ish minutes before it seemed to calm down.

Was on the first phase and don't remember if it later had the weather machine.

I have been experiencing heavy winds blowing me off the carrier, had a game (dynamic liberartion tech full) just an hour ago and everyone in the game was complaining that the wind just kept getting faster and faster, and by the time Sector C was open, take off and landings were impossible.

Was the weather generator objective active?

jesus the wind gusted so high in my last session that one of our Kestrel pilots got yeeted off the carrier deck when they took off, I think wind might need a pass on high tech

the roll is ridiculously heavy each and every time I've done it as of late, it's becoming concerning.

High Tech is just normal intensity with different player aircraft slots. There is no difference in spawn rates. Sounds like you got a heavy roll.
