Adds new NATO, SCO, and GCC map modes for Millennium Dawn!

That's it...

KNOWN BUGS PLS READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-If you switch btw the new map modes they will overlap and it will look weird. To remedy this, switch to the missiles map mode between switching between the NATO, SCO, GCC, and EU map modes. (if anyone knows how to fix this pls comment the fix lol)
