Saalbau (2k Version)

!INFO! This asset has a texture resolution of 2048x2048px. I also made a 4k version, which you can find HERE.

The Saalbau is a multi-use venue in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Germany. It was built in 1871 in a Neo-Renaissance style of architecture with enough space to seat up to 1440 people. I had to change this number for balancing reasons. Visually, this asset is an accurate recreation in 1:1 scale with only a few minor differences. Unlike the real buildung, which was constructed on uneven terrain, my version can only be placed on flat ground.

This building has a relatively high triangle count for its size (but not high enough to cause a negative impact on performance). I had to separate it into two meshes, which both share the same set of textures. Loading Screen Mod saves you around 50% RAM here, ca. 6-7 MB. I also created a well-optimised custom LOD.
