Description
Hello guys,

Now to my third release. As stated before this is part of a series trying to bring a more latin-american feel to the game.
This set represents your average urban tenement in major Latin-American cities, clearly inspired by the urban developments in the Soviet block. Such housing projects grew in popularity in the 60's as the continent's right wing governments tried to appease local worker's and socialists movements and difuse any real risks of leftist revolutions. In places where left-wing governement rose to power (be by revolution or election), such housing projects gained even more importance as they presented the cheapest and easiest way (though not the most confortable) to eradicate homelessness, a historical issue in the region.

Stats vary by building but they range from quality of 57% to 64%, with 40 to 120 workers. Housing quality was defined by me according to the size of aparments and the presence of balconies (in such hot weather, balconies are key to make apartments feel less hot).

I have to make clear that these building are more expensive and with lower quality than vanilla's. That was made on purpose as in my opinion the vanilla game simply does not present us the real challenge that third-world city planners faced: build many very cheap houses or fewer but better. This should also incentive the player to better distribute their housing in accordance to the loyalty system.

Again, I hope you all enjoy!
