American Suburban 70's, 80's, 90's Apartments and Fourplexes

Description
A cheap, less than modern fourplex building of a style common around south Louisiana



All of the Fourplexes in this set come with two lots, one with just the building (3x2) and one with working parking in front (3x3), so the parking decals in the 'required' section is highly advised. Any other props and decals are decorative and quite optional, though I haven't gone overboard with dependencies and props and stuck to vanilla where it suited.

The lots are growables, which means this can be used like vanilla buildings. They also work great with ploppable RICO and findit! to create more realistic areas. In real life these are usually found in rows or groups in small developments or lined along a road.

Thanks for your cheap apartments collection. I live in Shreveport and have been looking for complexes which resemble those in this area. I subscribed to the entire collection.

yep! they are called mansards. someone else released mansard townhouses too recently, which match very well!

Ha! I didn't know there was an architectural term for the style, but we've got variations on it all over the older parts of town. Got a larger apartment using this style coming out next.

Hallelujah, some generic mansard roof buildings for American 'burbs. These are everywhere and there aren't many good assets for them.
