RFXM - Random Effect mod

This mod disable almost all muzzleflashes of precision perk's weapons
the muzzleflash textures are sharing through a few of FXs like sparks so you wont see these effects

this is a texture mod so it is working both online and offline
INSTALL

- Subscribe
- Restart the game, wait for steam to finish download the file
- Copy the id from this page url, the one after '/?id='
EXAMPLE :
steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=
1234567890

- Go to
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\
- Search for folder
1234567890
- Copy Published folder inside
1234567890
 to
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\

(backup your file first if you are using same mod)
(if there arent folders like that, you have to create them yourself)

UNINSTALL

Delete
VFX_TEX.upk
FX_MuzzleFlash_TEX.upk
in
My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\published\BrewedPC\PACKAGES\Effects

I like this mod, it makes the guns more realistic because when you fire a real weapon, 98% of the time, it only shows the smoke and not the fire. I hope you improve it even more in future updates! :Alberts:

yep it is, i used transparent textures, because if you disable the real effect files you wont be able to join online servers

plus every gun has its own effect file

Are these affects actually disabled or are they replaced for "invisible" ones?
