Adds Slovakia to 1936 start date and adds a focus tree and generals to it.

Communist tree - 100% finished
Democratic tree - 90% finished
Fascist tree - In development - 3 paths - Tiso, Tuka and Mach.
Carpathian Ruthenia - In developement
