|| House Astera, a noble family in charge of one of the regions of a world called Venari, and lead by Silva. Her access to the 'Library of Everything' gives her an additional Great Scientist Point each turn after researching Writing, and all of her cities containing libraries get +10% Culture and +10% Production.

House Astera's method of technology is to manipulate the world's Flow Subfield -- something known to other worlds as 'magic'. As all good cities are, Asteran cities are well constructed, and as long as they have a specialty district, their citizens each add +0.5 Food. In addition, great works of Writing, Music, and Artifacts that belong to House Astera grant +2 Science, Culture, and Production.

House Astera has two unique units. The first is the Flow Artisan, a Man-At-Arms replacement who serves a role in combat as well as one in clearing resources. The other is the Flickership, a flow-fueled bomber replacement which accelerates the Jet Bomber availability to the normal Bomber placement.

Finally, House Astera has a Flickership Facility in place of the normal Aerodrome. This district is unlocked at Industrialization and turns adjacent districts into Production.

|| The mod adds Rianne Astera, the ageless progenitor and archmage that founded the Astera Nobility, to the Heroes pool. She is presently a work in progress, but at the current moment, she is a quick-moving civilian Hero that can refresh the actions of other units that moved this turn.

|| And last, this mod adds another religion, the Teachings of Xethris, that serves as Silva's proimary religion.

I'm not an artist, nor can I really afford to hire one at the moment, so I've had to make do. However, it SHOULD be entirely functional from a gameplay perspective, so if it isn't that, please let me know and I'll get right on it.
