Description
Mod i made, changes color of a few country and replaces a couple flags

Colors Changes:
United Kingdom
France
Canada (Free)
Malaysia (puppet)
Oman
Venezuela
Korea
Saudi Arabia
Ottoman Empire from focuses
Serbia
Italian East Africa

Flags changes:
New nonaligned flag for France
Replaced nonaligned and fascist flags of UK with the normal Union Jack
