This mod exists with the sole purpose of proving that it is in fact possible to make a stellaris mod, you know who you are (Fun-Part). It adds the Shil'vati, a race from the "hit" HFY story Between Worlds.

This is bare bones as it gets, but hopefully it keeps all 3 stellaris players on the server satisfied for the time being. Have fun lads.

@tolaburke In the series, the Shil'vati occupy Earth in 2019, and do so with a pretty heavy hand. They're somewhat similar to orcs in terms of appearance, except the females are hot and the males are...scrawny. But here's the hook, the 'sexy space babes' aren't the Shil'vati...it's Humanity. We're the sexy space babes. It's a VERY well written satire, that's spawned a cult following, with tons of writers that have written a great deal of spin offs - the cool thing about it is, the original author has embraced his fans and encourages writers, actively trying to keep a narrative tone.

Well technically you can take the orcish Humanoid portrait and edit it somewhat. Adding clothes and attachments, too.

Okay, so here's what I've got. Within the hour I'll be putting out a patch that SHOULD let them have a chance of randomly spawning in the galaxy. As for improving upon the portraits, I'll see what I can do, but I make no promises. I'm not an artist nor am I versed in A.I. art.

It'd be cool if it can. Also you can use Stable Diffusion or dream by wombo to improve upon the portraits too.

To keep it short: Was in a discord related to an HFY story. Some of the members said that it was impossible to make a stellaris portrait mod related to that story. I said I could, they said I wouldn't. This was the final result.
