The construction of JRandall's original Foundation-XL (see link at the end) is so good that I couldn't do else than making an upgraded version to Tier 3 of it for the purpose of repairing big CVs, also in un-oxygenated environment. For that, a T3 upgrade was necessary. I have made these additions:

I have upgraded Foundation XL to T3 with a repair bay, an airtight compound containing the repair console, a ramp made of concrete blocks to allow HVs easy access to the platform (placed near the compound). For all this, more powerful generators were necessary to run the repair bay and foremost: A lot more of T2 & T3 fuel tanks in order to contain the necessary fuel needed to repair big CVs, the fuel consumption can be huge for longer repairs.

Defense of the platform:
Because of the giant dimensions of the platform the 4 angled defense turrets may not be enough to effectively protect the platform from Zyrax base attacks, if an enemy group comes-in usually only 1-2 turrets will be active while the other 2 on the opposite side remain inactive because out-of-range. This may require a separate defense system placed on a point where the enemy is usually comming from, but generally the turrets will do well against drones and troop ships.

CVs and other vehicles on the platform:
Be aware that CVs on the platform will be landed but not be docked and therefore will NOT be protected from attacks! It's good to activate the CV mounted projectile turrets (canons+miniguns) if an attack occurs so the CV will defend itself. SVs and HVs will instead be docked and safe in case of attack except from bomber drones in the RE and PE scenarios (and in vanilla too if these bombers are in the game).

This version is a faithful replica of JRandall's original work, only adding what I said above and not changing in any way the appearance and functionality of the original. My purpose was to make the original work better for the repair of larger CVs.
