Mechwarrior Lock On Sound

Basic mod to change the vanilla lock on sound effects to those from the MechWarrior series of games. New target selection sound (from MechWarrior 4), followed by looped search effect (from MechWarrior 3), then a lock tone (from MechWarrior 2) when lock is established.

**Please note only one Lock On Sound Mod can be used at a time, as they are updating the same files.**
