Anbu units are definitely coming under Tobirama btw
As for the others, well for the Hidden Leaf, only the University will prob be affected. The Hidden Sand prob can't make extra science out of extra Campus buildings other than the classic three you know already, tho I haven't tried this. New districts not part of the vanilla game will prob not get Hashirama's production bonus. Other than these, if none of these will be a problem for you, you should be fine.
The recent update was supposed to upload the complete Chinese translation, but I accidentally forgot to press something important so.... concerning city names, expect a possible compatibility error especially with the Hidden Sand and Hidden Cloud mods. (Although now that i think abt it, they don't have chinese translation yet so.... it should not be too bad.)
I will fix this update next week. (April 9)
Normally, I'd release this two days from now (I have a rule not to do modding work on Sundays), but the Hidden Sand, Cloud, and Stone (which i have not prepared to make yet) are also due for updates, so for convenience reasons I will release it on the 2nd of April instead.
