[SAEL] Heavy Haul W900-2

Description
This is a totally Vanilla build. Experimenting with trailers with rotor or hinged heads made them harder to build. In actuality, the truck 5th wheel plate is what tilts going down the road. Using Hinges, I made the Advanced rotor tilt on the tractor instead of the trailer, about 30 degree forward and back setting. This was about as close to real life I could come up with. Enjoy!
