Real amount Polish tanks

Description
Compatible with 1.13.*

Polish armored forces are absolutely missing in 1936 in HOI4. But in fact they had some tanks from other nations (GB & FRA) and also their own production (TKS and upgrades, 4TP & 7TP).

This mod fixes these mistakes so adds overally 417 tanks into the Polish stockpile. Also creates new tankd division. This tank division was introduced later in 30's but for better representation in-game it is implemented from the start.

Compatible with Expert AI

NSB expansion required!

Fun fact: 4TP was only a prototype but we have in stockpile in 1939 eleven 9TP

@Maros15 Now, first of all, I must say that since the Turkish Armored Forces were just established before WW2, most of the tanks etc. in our inventory. they were either from other countries or something like that. But as an alternative, it is not possible to not have these tanks, so it would be good to have a hand in this while you have made so many mods, add me as a friend, I will provide you with the necessary resource...

@Batuhan Geceyatmaz: I can but you would have to give me verified sources on them... I won't do it myself because Turkey didn't fight in WW2 and I focus primarly on nations participated in there. Same with Sweden, Swiss or any South American countries :)
