Drive around the commercial strip!

Features of this map:
- driveable buggies
- more than 32 spawn points
- use of GMod's env_skypaint
- serveral traitor button:
--- blow up the buggies
--- teleport to another location
--- start a short police chase

CS:S needs to be mounted for this map to work without errors.

I will look into that. AI nodes and a more balanced version of the traitor trap will be in the next version.

a really great map! although the traitor traps on the buggies makes them not really worth driving for innocents.
