[WOTC] Occultist Class

Description
The Occultist is not the kind to be interfered with. Maddened men and women trifling with powers well beyond their understanding, seeking understanding from beyond human capabilities, driven mad with unknowable truths given by an entity from beyond. Bullpup and Shard Guantlets in hand, they take their newfound knowledge and thrust themselves into certain death, cursed with what they now know. Some suggest this very power is the same as what the Elders harness, Psionics.

Okay, author's note here, this class was made in basically a day's worth of time, so if it plays bad, it likely just is bad. Don't be afraid to let me know. I'll see what I can do then.

Every skill here is from one of the two Perk Packs linked, and PLEASE make sure you have them installed.

Wyrd Communion:
Hungering Shot (Deal Bullet DMG, Heal Back DMG Dealt)
Curse Breath (-3 HP, Flamethrower of Curse)
Devouring Shadow (-6 HP, Strangle Target and Lifedrain)
Curse Ball (-3 HP, Damage and Curse targets)
Drop By Drop (Reduce all HP Drain Costs by 1)
Bloody Madness (More DMG on HP Drain skills the lower HP you have)
From Below It Devours (AOE Devouring Shadow)

Cruel Psyche:
Mind Control
Mind Burst (Explode brain of controlled mind, AOE DMG)
Spirit Thief (+10 Psi Offense & +50% Psi DMG after killing Psi enemy)
Compulsion (1 Turn MC with instant actions)
Open Mind (+25 Psi Offense, -10 Will)
Zombie Puppeteer (MC Zombie)
Evil Gaze (Acid DMG and Panic one target)

Profane Arts:
Abyssal Blade (-3 HP, heavy damage)
Shade Scratch (-3 HP, Gain Momentum, Reconceal on Kill)
Blade Artist (Special Melee Attacks do more damage)
Night Sword (Health Drain Target)
Harvest Scythe (AOE to Night Sword)
Crimson Tide (Consume HP, AOE Curse Melee)
Macabre Waltz (-3 HP, chain melee hits)

COMPATIBILITY: Now that there's a Psionic Melee Bridge mod, that should be all compatibility issues THAT I KNOW OF resolved for this mod.

There is "OccultistStarter" specified as squaddie loadout but that loadout isn't configured in XComGameData Loadouts.

Is there any way to modify the inis so Abyssal Blade doesn't miss so it works the same as Rend, or just increase the aim stats of that ability/gauntlet in general? I tried looking through the ini's of Mitzruti's perk pack to change it but the best i could do was get it to also pull from psi offence stats in the aim calculation? Cheers! :)

The allow psi amp command allowed the amp but the gauntlet can’t be equipped in the sidearm slot.

@Agent Coxack, I need to turn off UniqueEquipCategories in both Implants and PEXM to get the Gauntlets to work? Does that affect anything in those mods? I have this problem now. This class is awesome btw, Cerebral.
