No Hidden Speed [Mutator]

Description
This mod simply removes the zed ability to use hidden speed

Usage:
Solo:
open KF-Nuked?Gamelength=0?Difficulty=2?mutator=NoHiddenSpeed.NoHiddenSpeedMut

Server:
start .\Binaries\win64\kfserver KF-Nuked?Gamelength=0?Difficulty=2?mutator=NoHiddenSpeed.NoHiddenSpeed

All zeds have hidden speeds, this mods disables their ability to have them. Has it happened that when you enter an empty room and suddenly zeds spawn around it and they're now behind you so quickly? That's because I believe they use their hidden speed and not their actual sprint or walk. Btw, Even bosses have hidden speed.

Call me a noob, but could you explain what this hidden value represent ? It's related to the ground and sprint speed of mobs for sure, but i fail to understand what it is. I thought of maybe just an augmented speed to allow mobs to get back to you once you get on the other way of the map.
