Description
"The main warden of Hell. Basically prevents anyone from unlawfully escaping. He's so good at it that nobody ever attempts to escape anymore. Now he's stuck devoting his entire existence (eternity) to this pointless job. At least the pay is good."

TLDR: Hit a special then mash random directions on the c-stick until you win.

Specials apply Shackles to the enemy. Shackled enemies take more knockback, and get bounced back towards you when you hit them. They can be removed by either player dying, or the user getting hit or parried.

Fspecial grabs an enemy in front of you and dashes towards it. Can tether to walls for recovery.
Uspecial grabs an enemy above you and dashes towards it. If it misses, you will hit the ceiling instead and be pulled up.
Dspecial is a point blank AoE to apply Shackles easier.
Nspecial dashes backwards a bit. Can cancel most normals into it if you hit a Shackled opponent. Use it to influence the way they bounce back.

The animations are a bit rough, just like early Targma's, so it can be polished later. I have to say that the game feel for the character is pretty good, the mechanic is nicely implemented into the specials and it has a lot of personality. As a solo creator, it's quite the accomplishment, great work, man!. Is this rival inspired by Baiken by any chance?

Agree with watermelon, although I think the gritty red stuff everywhere is the problem, especially the killspark where everything is red.

Super awesome concept but could use some cleaning up on the animations and spriting. Other than that it's a very fun mod.
