Noooot quite as fast as advertised though. Looking below decks, I see a truck tire next to some flywheels. I think that exploit has been patched. :/

Looks like the boiler regulates itself. I thought it was messed up, but it turned out I didn't turn off the 'prime boiler' key. Seems if you leave the primer on, the boiler blows up. You've got a working ship here, despite its age!

No. Besides, it serves no purpose.

Now that I'm here, I acknowledge Haaften's steam plant is an equal mess to Milwaukee's. I may get around to updating it in the near future.

Anyway to lower the boiler water level?

You cannot. That scene was created with the Mission Editor tool, and the supports, keel blocks, and the tugboat itself were made static (frozen in place).

This was so I could align everything as I wished, without worrying about any parts moving or glitching due to blocks overlapping with eachother or the ground. For example, the side supports extend below the ground, and would've spazzed out if spawned without being static.

Even if I had managed to spawn it in with every part unfrozen, I only added the supports and such to add more detail while showing the tugboat out of the water, I had no linear tracks or sliders to make it possible to launch the boat.
