Background

Saprimentas was discovered in 496 NE by the Orlen Astronomers' Association during an atmospheric spectroscopy survey of nearby exoplanets. Located 6.8 lightyears from Angelus, Saprimentas is a large and hot super-earth with a very dense atmosphere. The atmospheric composition is high in CO2 and CH4, but it retains a large layer of O2, suggesting the presence of plantlife. Additionally, the spectroscopic scan detected the presence of unusually high amounts of radioisotopes. As a result, the OAA believed that the planet was a radioactive wasteland.

Later visual reports, done in 498 NE following the discovery of its moon Silona, revealed that the planet was not as lifeless and radioactive as believed. Like Silona, it appears to have been the victim of some massive disaster, and it appears that Saprimentas was significantly more devastated by it than Silona. However, hardy lifeforms persist in the polar regions where the climate and radioactivity are milder.

Some people speculate that this planet was once home to an alien civilization, and that the atmospheric composition is a result of a runaway greenhouse effect and nuclear wars. However, the mainstream view is that the planet was struck by a massive uranium-rich asteroid.

Known information

• Gravity: 1.32g
• Oxygen: 100%
• Climate: Hot and dusty, with pleasant nights
• Weather: Sandstorms, radioactive storms
• Temperature: 27c to 68c (warm to hot)
• Atmosphere density: 180%
• Lifeforms: Plant life, insects
• Ore below ground: Ice, Iron, Nickel, Cobalt, Silicon, Magnesium, Silver, Uranium; the planet has no gold or platinum
• Recommended planet size: 70-120km

• High-quality custom height maps
• Custom weather: Radioactive Storm. It's a variant sandstorm that fills the air with radioactive particles. It doesn't do damage to blocks or voxels, but it is bad for your health
• Game performance equal to or better than the Earthlike planet
• MES-ready! The ships work in high gravity because Saprimentas' atmosphere is very dense

I love this and Silona but I am having issues with weather. I have tried with a clean world with just one or the other, or both, but neither get any auto generated weather. I can force weather in from the admin console but weather does not spawn by itself or by hitting to randomly generate. Is there a known issue please? Using latest SE version with all DLC, other planets work with no issue except for those made by shard which also have the same issue.

Are there any 'stone pillar' structures? If not, I think they would be a great addition to some environments (have examples with my SE workshop items).

Really nice custom planet, super mad max vibes, makes me wish there was a no mining, rovers only, grind to learn, salvage only, pvp server that used this.

I've really wanted a planet with this wasteland aesthetic that is extremely difficult, for example no ice, and basically no resources except stone and cobalt requiring alot of thinking in order to escape it.

I really hope you make a full system out of these planets! This and the other one you made look really really interesting, and could be fun for a survival world!
