Patch allowing color change for weapons from my workshop with Betabound.

I gave Raiizy permission to use the Betabound weapon dyeing code for his mod

I can send you a copy of Betabound that has everything but the weapon dyeing stuff removed @dura

well I saw that raiizy's guns mod allows several weapons to be dyed, so maybe something similar can be done here? idk

the script that allows the color change is a custom one from betabound, i wasn't able to replicate it with vanilla scripts
